We were brought in to restore the carpets of a rental property in Gatton during a tenant move-out. The high-traffic living area carpets were heavily dulled by deep-seated dirt tracking, general discolouration, and several dark food and drink spills that the tenants couldn’t shift with standard retail carpet cleaners.
To ensure the property passed its bond inspection, we treated the area with a premium, heavy-duty pre-spray designed to break down embedded oils and stubborn organic proteins. Following a targeted agitation process to loosen the compacted fibres, we executed a deep hot water extraction (steam clean).
The powerful vacuum extraction pulled out years of accumulated grime right from the base of the pile. As the results show, the stubborn staining was completely erased, and the carpet pile was restored to a bright, fresh, uniform appearance. The property manager signed off on the bond without a single issue!
